   Performs effectively, however, the soil probes would be more effective if they were longer. It’s challenging to read when placed in a dense, bushy plant.

   This product is of good quality, not cheap plastic. It effectively measures moisture content in the soil and pH levels, although the latter can be challenging to read on the gauge due to the small font size. Overall, I recommend this product for its value and price.

   I am using this product to monitor the moisture levels of my houseplants during the winter. It is user-friendly, even for plants with dense soil where it’s hard to gauge moisture by touch. I find it more precise than using my finger to check the soil. It has been enlightening to discover that many of my plants were actually wetter than I had assumed. The product also includes a helpful chart on the packaging to indicate the optimal moisture levels for different types of plants.
