   Great size! I drilled holes at both ends, added gaskets and hooks to hang it in the windows. It will look even better as the string of pearl plants grow downwards.

   These planters are exactly what I was looking for – made of sturdy plastic with a secure base that doesn’t easily dislodge. The notch in the base allows for self-watering if you can find a spout attachment. My only wish is that they were slightly smaller; if they were 1 inch shorter, I could fit two side-by-side on my windowsill without modification.    The planters were accurately described and depicted on the website. They are true to their description and the creme color complements the sill of my large picture window perfectly. I plan to begin growing my marigolds indoors this winter to enjoy an abundance of flowers in the spring, and these planters are ideal for that purpose.
