Great product! It expands nicely, retains water well, and drains slowly. Remember to buffer it with CalMag, but be aware that clear instructions are not provided on the package, so you may need to search online for guidance.

Excellent quality. Our preferred choice.

I prefer using boiling water to rehydrate coco coir as it effectively controls and eliminates any insects, larvae, or eggs present. Although this product had some larger chunks and was not as fine as I prefer, it was still acceptable. In terms of size, it offers decent value for the price.

I’m impressed by how much this product expands. When I added it to a tote, it fluffed up so much that it nearly filled the entire tote box. I should note that it does have a chemical smell. I used it directly in planting and mixed it with potting soil, and all my plants are thriving. Despite the slight odor, it’s excellent material and definitely worth buying. I will definitely purchase more in the future.

I fail to see the hype around this product. It is pricey and inconvenient to handle. The amount it produces when mixed with other media is insufficient to fill two large pots. The seller provided excellent service, so this criticism is not directed towards them. I have decided that I will not purchase coco coir again.

This is my first attempt at growing plants, and I decided to start with a home project by growing potatoes. I was curious about the taste of home-grown potatoes. Reconstituting the soil was a simple process – I broke it apart, placed it in bags, added hot water, and within an hour it was ready. I now have several plants growing in it, with parsley, rosemary, and basil thriving. My potatoes have just started to sprout, so I will be setting up grow bags soon to start growing them officially….

This product is like receiving a brick in the mail – incredibly sturdy and unlikely to be damaged during shipping. I may not be a coconut coir expert, but this seems perfect for refreshing my orchid pots and adding moisture to my larger planting containers for the upcoming spring season. Using a pick or screwdriver to break apart the coir is recommended, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes easier. I plan to keep the brick dry to maintain its compressed form, making it easier to store…
