I appreciate the absence of peat in this mix and the high fertility content. However, I have a few concerns. Firstly, the size of the bag is small and may not be sufficient for filling many pots. Additionally, there appears to be a significant amount of sand in the mix, which is not disclosed on the packaging. I absolutely love this soil! It’s perfect for indoor plants and the quality is top-notch. I’ve used it for a variety of plants and they all thrived in it.

I used this soil for some of my plants that need extra moisture, and they’re thriving. I added perlite to improve aeration because the soil is dense with a sandy texture. While it works well, I find it a bit pricey. I prefer making my own soil mixes as I don’t see much benefit from the myco for houseplants. However, I might consider gifting this soil to a new plant parent to help them get started.

I initially thought this product contained more soil and was intended for use with multiple pots. However, my plants are currently doing well with it, although I believe this soil may be better suited for monsteras.

I probably won’t purchase this product again because the bag it came in is poor quality. I will need to transfer it to a different container for storage.
