   I am impressed with how these compact bricks expand into a generous amount of usable planting material. My plants and seedlings thrive when I use this product. I simply place a brick in a cooler, add water, and then break it up using a trowel or small scraper. It’s convenient to control the amount of water added, and the mixture can be stored in the cooler for months. Overall, it’s a fantastic product.

   This product was very effective in germinating seeds. The texture of the brick was ideal, and nearly a gallon of water thoroughly hydrated it. The texture is perfect for seeds and retains water exceptionally well. I stored the unused portion in a bucket in my garage, and it remained moist after 2 months. I suggest adding a cupful of hydrogen peroxide to the water when planting seeds in this coir, especially if using a heat mat. Consistent warm moisture can lead to white mold growth, which…

   This product is part of my aroid mix. It’s a bit difficult to work with as it seems to require being wet first. I plan to try wetting it before the next time I make my mix.

   I received a generous amount in a compact block! Ideal for my needs. I really enjoy using it. When mixed with water, it expands for easy spreading. It works well as a soil conditioner, adding airiness when mixed with other soil. Additionally, it serves as an effective ground cover similar to mulch or rocks. Made entirely from ground coconut shells, this product stands out from others I’ve tried. I appreciate its compactness the most. 👌👍❤️

   It took a bit longer to rehydrate than the products I’ve used before, but it’s more densely packed which explains it. If you’re new to using coco peat, be prepared for a messy experience. Overall, it’s worth buying if you need it!

   The product is of good quality but breaks down easily. I attempted to cut it in half, which was unsuccessful, but it was okay as only part of it expanded at once. I would consider purchasing it again.
