I have included this product in my chunky soil mixture as one of the ingredients. It effectively prevents root rot issues.

This product is very similar to the original Growstones but slightly smaller in size, as Growstones are no longer being produced. I really like this material – it’s very lightweight and not easily crushable like perlite, which means it won’t break down over time. Once I finish using this batch, I will definitely reorder as I have been looking for a replacement for Growstone for years. Thank you so much for providing a great alternative!

I found this perlite to be of excellent quality, with the perfect grain size for creating your own potting mix. Incorporating this vermiculite into my potting soil has significantly benefitted plants like…

The product is excellent, reasonably priced, and the seller shipped it promptly, which was crucial as I required it immediately.

I purchased the #4 perlite and was impressed by the large particle size, exactly as advertised! While it was a bit pricey, the quality made it worth the investment.
Olde Man – May 24, 2024
The product works well, but unfortunately, it did not come with any instructions. Including instructions would be beneficial for customers, who would value them and likely give a five-star rating in return.

This product was exactly what I was seeking for my (mostly) aroid collection. The coarse pieces were perfect, with minimal dust and uniform size throughout. The price and quantity options suited my needs perfectly. I will definitely purchase this again, although I hope the 10qt will last me a while! 😅
