   Setting up the product was a breeze. Upon unboxing, I simply inserted AA batteries into the back of the LCD display and then placed the first soil meter, inserting the provided AA battery. The display quickly identified each meter and allowed me to label them accordingly. I look forward to testing their usefulness further.    I bought four sensor units for my flower boxes and flower bed to help me avoid overwatering, which has led to the demise of many plants in the past. Despite my initial skepticism due to the affordable price and mixed reviews, I found the monitor unit and sensors easy to set up and sync.    Initially, I had some doubts, but these devices work wonderfully! I started with a set of 4, tested them for a week, then expanded to 6. Two weeks later, I purchased another set of 4. They are incredibly user-friendly. However, it would be beneficial if there was a feature to block sensors from a specific controller.    While the product appears to be of good quality and offers the convenience of a remote reader, I encountered issues with two out of the four sensors not reading correctly. I have two sets of planters labeled as 1 and 2, and 3 and 4, which I water equally. For planters 1 and 2, sensor 1 shows 47% while sensor 2 shows 21%, despite giving them time to equilibrate.    These moisture probes are great additions if you already own a moisture meter with one probe. I now have three probes to monitor the moisture, light, and temperature of my plants in my greenhouse. By using these probes along with a digital thermometer, I can ensure that my plants stay properly hydrated and that the soil temperature is 2 degrees warmer than the air inside the greenhouse.    This meter is a reliable choice. While it may not be top-of-the-line, it functions efficiently and provides accurate readings suitable for the average plant owner. I rated it 4 stars due to the quick depletion of the probe’s battery.

   This product has been extremely helpful in allowing me to monitor my outdoor plants from inside the house. As I can’t always go outside to check on them, this monitor has made it convenient for me. I do need to clean the probes approximately every two weeks, but it’s not a major hassle. I would definitely suggest this tool to other novice gardeners.
