   I was disappointed with this plant for a few reasons. Firstly, it was not a hanging plant as I had expected and was too small. The instructions on where to leave it should have been included, as it was left out in the cold and some leaves were lost. However, the company replaced my prayer plant with a very healthy new one. I am very pleased with the replacement. Thank you.

   The product arrived with wilted leaves and dry soil. It is on the smaller side and displays signs of leaf damage, including broken and bent leaves.

   All three of these Aloe plants have grown significantly over the years despite my less-than-perfect care. I have used them multiple times and found them to be effective. Overall, this purchase was a fantastic deal.

   I initially believed caring for this product would be simple. Spider plants are known for their resilience to neglect, so I decided to buy one. It arrived in good health, but despite my efforts to repot it, provide fertilizer, and follow advice I found online, it appears to be struggling to survive. Its condition is deteriorating day by day, with leaves falling off and showing no signs of growth even after several weeks.

   The plant I received was tilted inside the box, with dirt spilling out and roots exposed. It is barely holding on.
