The product was securely packed, which made it a bit time-consuming to unpack but ultimately worth it. I appreciate the care taken to protect it during shipping as there was minimal soil spillage. To ensure proper drainage, it is recommended to create holes in the plastic container at the bottom. Apart from that, the product is ready for use. I have placed it outside and it is thriving well.

The plant quality is good. However, after bringing them into my home, I noticed a white bug flying around. I have scheduled an exterminator to address the issue. Just a heads up.
