   I bought the 9lb bag and it arrived in great condition with no tears or damage. Although the rocks were dirty and required cleaning, they looked amazing once cleaned up! I am using them as a DIY potting substrate for my plants and I am excited to see how well they will grow. One bag was enough to fill approximately 7 5-inch self-watering planters, so I recommend buying more than you think you’ll need. I will definitely be purchasing again!

   I wish I could purchase this product in larger quantities as buying it in small amounts can be costly. I appreciate the aesthetic it provides when covering the soil of my outdoor houseplants and succulents. While I had hoped it would assist in controlling fungus gnats, I continue to rely on yellow sticky traps within the plants, as I have noticed that they are still being caught. Nevertheless, I find that the product adds a pleasant and tidy appearance to the soil surface.

   I am very pleased with the size and colors of this product. It offers a good value for the price. I use it with coco coir and orchid bark for my aroid mix, as well as on its own for cacti. Overall, I am satisfied with the quality and will be ordering more in the future!

   I purchased multiple artificial succulent plants from Amazon along with various pots, including a stunning Mexican Ceramic Pot. To save on costs of filling all the pots with Lava Rock Pebbles, I used beach sand as a base and layered the pebbles on top. The end result was beautiful, with a mix of succulents, artificial orchids, and gemstones creating a visually appealing arrangement.    I incorporate perlite into my soil mix, and it tends to float to the surface and become dirty and unsightly. However, after top dressing my pots with these, they look significantly improved. I made sure to rinse them multiple times until the water ran clear to remove any excess dust, which resulted in brighter colors. I was pleased to find that my bag weighed more than the advertised 5.7 oz, contrary to some other reviewers’ experiences. There was no extra dirt at the bottom, only rocks….
